We are looking to add an Office Administrator to our staff. To excel in this position, the applicant should be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and trustworthy. Good communication skills and adaptability are key as the Office Administrator position will be asked to work individually and in teams, as well as have regular external client interaction. The Office Administrator must also be a quick learner and receptive to office processes and procedures. 

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Client interaction, including greeting clients/guests and vendors, answering phones, and checking/distributing mail throughout the office
  • File organization and maintenance 
  • Database entry and organization
  • Client invoicing and e-signature
  • Appointment setting and maintenance


Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, DocuSign, and basic computer skills
  • Quick and accurate typing for data entry
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including-copiers, scanners, phone system
  • Basic bookkeeping skills in Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online, preferred but not required


The Office Administrator is an in-office part-time position, roughly 20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility. During the busy season, generally February to April, extra hours will be available. Compensation begins at $20/hr depending on the applicant's relevant experience.
